In 2025, Nio revealed its new ET5 sedan with new hardware upgrades, a cabin revision with new design changes that make its model design competitive and stand out in the EV market in China.

The updated version of this EV maintains the existing platform, making it more user-friendly and providing the best experience for the driver. It also includes some functionality and design changes to make this EV vehicle more attractive in the Chinese market.

As the front side of the redesign of Sedan, with a new parallelogram shape with boomerang-style units for the daylight running light. The headlight now uses LED matrix technology. It also gives a sharper trapezoidal outline.

The outer body of the car is being redesigned in accordance with new technology and to increase the space of the bumper. It has been reshaped to a larger size to increase air inlets. The key structure of the car remains the same as compared to another model, like the glass roof, doors, and flush door handles.

The interior design details have not yet been revealed, but it is expected to hit the market by late 2025.
